In 2003 Jana Seta Map Publishers begun to develop a comprehensive GIS data base on territory of Lithuania. Data base Lithuania 1:200 000 contains very wide range of information - both basic data layers, and also several unique and specific layers.
Data base Lithuania 1:200 000 was used to develop Road Atlas of Lithuania.
Data base Lithuania 1: 200 000 has been updated and improved all the time, following the changes and processes in Lithuanias nature, infrastructure and other spheres. Structure of data base allows to improve it in accordance with requirements of client by adding new data layers or changing attributive information.

Degree of detailed elaboration:
The degree of detalization of the layers of line and polygon features corresponds to scale 1:200 000. The degree of detalization of the point feature layers corresponds to scale 1:10 000-1:20 000 in cities, towns and largest rural settlements and to scale 1:50 000 in other territory.
